Who Am I?
That is the question
My name is Anwar Nasr and I am an artist, an expressive arts therapist, a puppeteer, a mask maker, a performer, and a reiki master. I am also a son, a brother, an uncle, and a human being with all their simplicities, complexities, beauty, and their challenges. I have been through my own healing journey and it has inspired me to shift my career to focus on facilitating such journeys for others. I offer services in Cairo, Egypt and in Vancouver, Canada. Along my path, I have encountered, explored and experienced the arenas of permission, play, voice, movement, drama, mask, clown, puppetry, somatic experiencing, authentic movement, forum theatre, and reiki. I am a professional member of the Ontario Expressive Arts Association in Canada and I have trained and apprenticed with DavidDiamond, Marie-Jose, David McMurray, Gabor Mate, and Myorei Zeraffa.
